Crafted in the traditional method, this cuvée offers a harmonious blend of fruit and toast-driven notes, making it an excellent choice for aperitifs or pairing with seafood, shellfish, poultry, and light pasta dishes.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles and a delicate mousse.

Aroma: Clean and expressive, with aromas of green apple, pear, and lemon zest, complemented by notes of brioche, toasted almond, and subtle floral hints.

Palate: Medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a smooth, creamy texture. Flavors of citrus and orchard fruits are balanced by light pastry notes and a touch of minerality, leading to a fresh, elegant, and lingering finish.

Alcohol: Typically around 12–12.5% ABV

Produced in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Argyle Brut is crafted from estate-grown fruit in a cool-climate region known for its ideal conditions for sparkling wine. A blend typically featuring Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, it is made using the traditional method, resulting in complexity, finesse, and a consistently high-quality expression of New World sparkling wine.
