Crafted from a proprietary mix of red varietals, it emphasizes ripe fruit, soft tannins, and a supple mouthfeel, making it an easy pairing for grilled meats, barbecue, pasta with red sauce, pizza, and semi-aged cheeses.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Deep ruby red with garnet highlights, showing richness and concentration.

Aroma: Expressive and inviting, with aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, complemented by notes of vanilla, cocoa, toasted oak, and a hint of warm spice.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a soft, velvety texture and gentle tannins. Flavors of dark berry and stone fruit are layered with mocha, caramel, and subtle spice, leading to a smooth, lingering, fruit-driven finish.
